International Interior Design Consultancy, Kelling Designs, is looking to hire a Property Manager. This is a varied and hands-on role as part of our fun, Chelsea-based, team.

 

Full-time Property Manager

Role includes but is not limited to:

  • Management of prime Central London properties for HNW clients

  • Direct liaison with clients, contractors and suppliers

  • Management of small portfolio of rental properties

  • Management of furniture staging stock and storage

  • Liaising with design team as and when required

  • Other associated administrative tasks

 

Essentials:

  • Previous experience in property/management

  • Technical knowledge

  • Problem-solving attitude

  • Excellent organisational & communication skills

  • Common sense & a good sense of humour

  • Full clean driving license

 

To start: ASAP

Location: To be based from our new office/showroom on Langton Street, SW10

Salary: Based on experience
