From ‘Building at Risk’ to a set of supremely comfortable holiday cottages

KDStudio was closely involved in the design and redevelopment of these five fabulous holiday cottages, the properties surround a lawn quad and incorporate a dovecot.

Central London Mews House

A project for a private client’s pied-à-terre, with a brief was to create a comfortable home, while maintaining a luxury hotel feel. Designed as a turnkey project. Ornaments and original art were sourced and placed throughout to create an immediate homely feel. No detail was overlooked, down to water beside the bed.

Grade II Listed Country House on the North Norfolk Coast


This property required us to work closely alongside planners and architects to ensure that building regulations were adhered to. The brief was to create a family home that could accommodate children, muddy boots, dogs and a parrot.

Outrageous Party Barn located in the Norfolk countryside


Not holding back on colour, in the grounds of a Norfolk Country House, this party barn was designed to play host to all sorts of parties.
